Quality-Documentation
Detailed
and proper documentation of all inspection results are maintained at various
quality assurance stages. The required results of the inspection are also
being communicated to the production and other departments for further
follow-up. The documentation modes are given below:
Laboratory:
- Record
for Raw Material Analysis.
- Record
of Chemical Analysis of each lot.
- Record
of Forging/Casting/Dimensional check up
- Record
of Forging/Casting hardness.
Visual
Inspection:
- Record
of dimensional check at different stages of machining and grinding.
- Record
of defects found after machining of each shift/day/month.
- Record
of dimensions of pilot batches alongwith customers inspection
report/approval.
- Record
of dimension of Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges and Fixtures.
- Record
of caliberation of Tools and Guages.
Packing
and Despatch
- The
Products are packed in wooden crates, corrugated box, cargo rated boxes,
keeping in view of the need and advice of the customers.
- Rust
preventive material like oil coating is given to the machined surface
of the product just prior to the packing wherever necessary.
- Tag
identification is being done as per the customers requirement.
- Required
marking as required by the customer are stencilled on the wooden crates
prior to despatch.
- Packing
slips giving necessary particulars of the products like Part No, Item
Code, Name of the Product or any other special instruction are also
affixed on the wooden crates.
External
Quality Audit
- Our
major customers Quality Control Personnel have periodical inspection
of our Quality Control System and working.
- Our
customer officials inspect each and every batch supplied to them.
- Third
party inspection by any agency, nominated by our valued customer is
also carried out as and when required.
- We
firmly and truly believe that quality is everyones business and
not merely the function of the Quality Control team alone.
- We
have highly motivated and experienced persons in our production team
assisted by team of qualified an engineers having vast and rich experience
in general engineering.
- Members
of the production team have a close co-ordination with the workers to
educate them to improve the quality of components and to reduce the
rejection of the same to the minimum acceptable parameters being standardize
by our unit.
- Frequent
rejection meetings are held between the production staff and the workers
to analyse and in depth study to find the reason for rejection and remedy
thereof.
- Our
overall concept is that of a unit operating in close knit environment
to ensure smooth service to the customers to their entire satisfaction
towards quality and quantity.
